This week and blog stats

Hey everyone, this week has been exhausting so far.  Me starting back to work and Casey going it alone with everyone at home.  There has been some tense moments to say the least, but tomorrow is Friday.  B3 has started getting out of his crib pretty regularly whenever he wants.  He came in the living room the other night at 11:00 saying, “bekfest, bekfest”.  I did get to preach twice this week which was a real blessing.  Sunday night I preached on “Crowding out God” and last night on “Being Steered by Fear”.  I may post the outlines at some point.  It has been a pretty complete week and tomorrow is going to be action packed as well.  More on that later.  Hopefully we can start scanning in some of the boys art and posting it or some audio of B3 singing Jesus loves me.  We are looking for some new ideas on posts.  Maybe in our free time.

It has been close to a month and we are surprised at the traffic the blog has received.  Our original intent for the blog was to share pictures and stories with family that they would otherwise never know or see.  We have received over 300 hits by 90 unique users over the month.  We would like to interact with everyone in the comments section.  We really have no clue who all is reading, so if you would leave us a comment and a clue who you are.  🙂

I leave you with these two pictures from our nieces birthday party last weekend.  I have to go balance the check book, always a fun task.

  1. You know I’m a regular here. 🙂 And I think it’s a give away who I am as well.

We’ve been praying for you extra hard this week! Sorry we couldn’t make it Wednesday night. Really trying to be careful with this whole germ thing. Can’t wait for Sunday!

  2. I start every morning reading a little about the family. Thanks for sharing these little stories that otherwise we wouldn’t hear. You guys and girls are an inspiration. Love ya, Grandma
