We find Job in the same position where we left off last night. Job tries to tell his friends that judgment comes on wicked sinners, but sometimes it comes on others as well. The judgment is not always immediate and this displays the patience of God. The wicked that prosper are belittling God and Christians.
Job explains to them that a prospering lost sinner and a poor lost sinner are no different. We shouldn’t focus on their current situation here on earth for both will spending eternity in the same place. The judgment of the wicked may not happen on this earth or during their lifetime. Their judgment will come at the hands of the almighty God who is a righteous judge.
