Clearing my head.
If your like me you always have a million things going through your head. It is hard to get focused on one thought or idea when everything else is crowded around. It is hard, but it is a must that we get some alone time with God.
10Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Where is your quiet spot? Where do you get alone with God? I don’t really have a consistent place where I get alone with God. I take the advice from Psalms 46 and try to take time whenever I can be still. I wanted to share the place this week I got alone with God. My grandpa got me a $20 gift certificate from Kmart for Christmas and I needed to get a few things. I have wrote before about how desolate the KMart has gotten in Burlington in the past. This time was no different. I spent my entire lunch time walking around and looking at stuff, nothing in particular, just stuff. Mostly I had a lot of things on my mind that I needed to brainstorm about. So this was the time and place for it.
So share with me where your spot is? Where is the strangest spot?
